He is a court recognized expert in Police Policy and Practices, Use of Force, Less Lethal Weapons, TASER and Traffic Collision Investigation / Reconstruction.
Mr. Tinder provides his expert opinions to District Attorneys, Attorneys, Public Safety, Fire, Medical Center Staff, and private sector agencies on a variety of topics. These opinions enhance courtroom approach, training, policies and mitigate future predictable issues or noted concerns.
