To make sure that your course(s) are reaching their desired goals and that the objectives are being met, Mr. Tinder will attend your course(s) and provide you with the following information:
- Instructor Evaluation Report
- Course Evaluation Report
- Course curriculum and design recommendations
All of the Instructor, course assessments, and reports will be designed to the presenter’s requirements and goals. Prior to any course, Mr. Tinder will consult with all required parties to identify the requested services. Once obtained, Mr. Tinder will observe the course(s) without any involvement, unless requested.
Mr. Tinder also provides mentoring services for instructors. Some instructors are first-time teachers and need added support to build confidence while others may be veteran instructors that seek self-improvement.
